Anushka Confirmed in Vidya Balan’s Kahaani Remake in Telugu and Tamil

The stunning actress Anushka, who has showed keen interest in playing Vidya Balan's role from Kahaani after watching the film, is reported to have given her nod to play the role as Vidya Bagchi in Tamil/Telugu remake. Anushka happened to watch Kahaani recently and awesruck with the performance of Vidya as Vidya Bagchi and expressed her interest to do the role. Interestingly Endemol Entertainments has bought the Tamil/Telugu remake rights of Kahaani, which will be co-produced by Sujoy Ghosh. Makers have planned to start shooting for this remake venture from 12th of this Sep, while the movie is touted to be released on 13th Jan, for Pongal. Meanwhile Anushka is busy shuttling between Chennai and Hyderabad for her projects in Tollywood and Kollywood as well. The actress is looking forward for her films Saguni starring Karthi, Arya's Irandam Ulagam and Thaandavam with Vikram in Kollywood alongside Damarukam and Vaaradhi in Tollywood.
